Because of the federal nature of the U.S. Patent Office, a patent attorney who is registered with the U.S. Patent Office can practice patent law in any state. I am registered with the U.S. Patent Office, and I am able to file papers in the Patent Office to obtain today's filing date for your patent application by using the internet, fax, and Express Mail.

I represent national clients in Austin, Texas, Houston, Texas, Florida, and California and represent international clients in Canada, Austria, and England as well as India to name just a few. In today's world, distance is not an obstacle.
